A demo on the Workflow Management System of Ophidia “Toward large-scale big data analytics workflows for eScience” has been presented in the HPCS 2016 Conference held in Innsbruck, Austria on July 18-22. Basic foundations about the Ophidia Workflow Management System have been illustrated and several use cases have been presented, from very simple workflows towards more large scale and complex experiments.
